For more than two decades, Erin O’Rourke has been helping women feel strong and healthy in their bodies as a pilates, yoga, and indoor cycle instructor.

After a massive life change in 2019, Erin recognized that total well-being calls for more than just nutrition and exercise.

Adding practices like breathwork and meditation, thought-based methodologies, guidance, and support, Erin has witnessed both herself and her clientele move through change with grace into a joyful life they love.

Erin is a Certified Life Coach, specializing in women’s empowerment + mindset.

  • Body, mind, and spirit – no stone is left unturned during these incredible 7 days. Yandara’s staff offers bodywork, tarot, astrology readings, craniosacral, a more.

  • Meals are mostly plant-based with some fish, egg, and cheese options. Three meals a day plus filtered water, coffee, and tea throughout the day.

Cabanas

Fall asleep to the sound of the waves in one of three types of deluxe accommodations: furnished breathable Canvas Cabanas, cool concrete Cabanas, or Cabanas with en suite bathroom and shower.
